Dyno Outfitters started with one simple belief:
that the best stories in life are written outside.
Born out of a deep love for the Uintah Basin and a bold vision for what outdoor recreation could be in this corner of Utah, Dyno Outfitters was created to give more people the chance to step into something unforgettable. We’re locals. We’re climbers. We’re dreamers. And we believe that adventure isn’t just for the pros—it’s for families, couples, and weekend warriors who want to feel alive, connected, and just a little wild again.
This business grew out of years of advocacy, trailblazing (literally and figuratively), and the belief that if you build something meaningful, people will show up. We helped push for Utah’s first public via ferrata because we knew what it could unlock—not just for climbers, but for communities.
Why “Dyno”?
In climbing, a “dyno” is a dynamic move—a leap of faith. It’s bold, exciting, and sometimes just plain fun. That’s the kind of energy we bring to everything we do.
Today, Dyno Outfitters offers guided experiences, gear rentals, and insider access to one of the most awe-inspiring landscapes in the state. We also share our space with a small indoor bouldering gym, creating a community hub where new climbers can grow and locals can stay strong all year long.
Because at the end of the day, this isn’t really about us.
It’s about you—finding your edge, laughing with your people, and walking away with a story you’ll tell forever.
