Dyno Outfitters: Booking Terms & Conditions

By booking a guided tour or renting gear from Dyno Outfitters, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Payment & Reservations

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

• For gear rentals, equipment is available in-person only on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations for rental gear are not accepted.

2. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Guided Tours:

• Cancel up to 5 days before your scheduled tour for a 75% refund.

• You may reschedule your tour up to 5 days before the scheduled start time at no charge.

• Rescheduling within 5 days of the tour start time will incur a $100 guide scheduling fee.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the tour.

• No refunds are provided once the guided trip has commenced.

• If Dyno Outfitters cancels a tour due to weather or safety concerns, you will receive a full credit for a future trip.

Gear Rentals:

• No refunds are offered for gear rentals under any circumstances.

3. Participant Requirements

• Participants must meet the minimum age, weight, and physical ability requirements as specified in the tour details.

• It is your responsibility to disclose any medical conditions that could impact your ability to participate safely.

4. Waivers

• All participants are required to sign a liability waiver before participating in any guided tour or gear rental.

• Minors must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver on their behalf.

5. Gear Rentals

• Gear rentals are available by reservation and in-person, on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Anyone using rental gear must be between 90-265lbs. Anyone outside this range may not rent gear and is required to hire a guide in order to do the via ferrata.

• Reservations for rental gear are strongly encouraged to guarantee availability.

• Payment is due at time of pick-up.

• You are responsible for the care and return of all rented equipment. Charges will apply for any damage beyond normal wear or for lost/stolen items. Deployed lanyards will not incur any additional charge, though we do require a statement on what led to the deployment.

6. Late Arrivals

• Please arrive 5 minutes early for your scheduled tour. Late arrivals may result in forfeiture of your reservation without refund.

7. Assumption of Risk

• By booking a tour or renting gear, you acknowledge that outdoor adventure activities carry inherent risks, including injury or death. You agree to participate voluntarily and at your own risk.
