Route Overview
Ashley Gorge Through the thagomizer
Thagomizer creates a continuous climbing connection between The Pump and The Soup. The sector includes challenging arête movement, two cable bridges, and a chimney-style finish before climbers enter the next portion of the route.
Although Thagomizer eliminates the former downclimb and approach hike between the two sectors, it should not be viewed as the easier option. Tired or inexperienced climbers can bypass it using the TSP Connector.
